The two-day event is back
celebrating the dual sports of the 80s
After the extraordinary success of the first edition, the HAT LEGEND, an event aimed at enthusiasts and fans of off-road motorcycles from the 1980s, is relaunching by choosing a summer date and another strategic location for the event.touring, Bobbio Piacentino.
Usually a formula that works doesn't change, but the management HAT Series has decided, in line with its exploratory vocation, to move the event from the Piedmont Alps to the Apennines, precisely a Bobbio Piacentino, a crossroads between Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Piedmont and Liguria, dear to motorcyclists and perfect for tackling off-road tracksroad.
The time frame also changes: the date of the event has been brought forward to second weekend of July, so that everyone can fully enjoy marathon and village.
Finally, from a circular route we move to a daisy-shaped one, with departure and arrival, on Saturday and Sunday, in the same place, thus allowing participants to experience the event without travelling between locations, and visitors to follow it continuously and engagingly.

MARATHON
From the high altitude views of the Via del Sale and the Vie Marenche we move on to the gentle hills of the Trebbia Valley, of Bobbio, of the Penice Pass and of Mount Aserei.
The medieval town of Bobbio, which is part of the Association of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy and known for the Devil's Bridge and the Abbey of San Colombano, is at the center of an exciting system of dirt roads that wind east and west of the Trebbia River, climbing several times above a thousand meters in altitude. If you want, you can reach the sea in several ways. Refreshments are provided in Grazzano Viscontic, the neo-medieval village built at the beginning of the twentieth century by Duke Giuseppe Visconti di Modrone, around the family castle.

The Friday afternoon will be dedicated to the setting up of the exhibition area: customizers, collectors, motorcycle clubs and private enthusiasts will place their jewels in the spaces assigned by the organization.
Il Saturday instead it will be the moment of sharing and storyStarting from 4pm, coinciding with the return from the first lap of the marathon, the motorcycles registered in the “Beauty Contest” They will take the stage with their owners, who will illustrate their history, characteristics, and curiosities. To complete the experience, always in the square, the convivial dinner , prizegiving of the “Beauty Contest” will contribute to making the atmosphere even more engaging.
BEAUTY CONTEST
Even in this second edition the “Beauty Contest” will offer suggestive moments and will turn the spotlight on the absolute protagonists of the event – the motorcycles – called to compete before the joint judgement of a jury of experts and a popular jury.
The juries will decide the winners in the following category:
- The legend
- The supercar
- The best restoration
- The best transformation
- The most beautiful (according to the jury)
- The most beautiful according to the participants

MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED
La HAT LEGEND is reserved for dual sport motorcycles of any displacement, 4-stroke, exits from the manufacturer by 1990 (subsequent evolutions are also permitted), without weight limits. Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
EXHIBITION AREA
Moto Clubs, associations, customizers, and private individuals can participate by exhibiting a motorcycle to nominate for the beauty contest. Attendance with your own gazebo is free.

To ensure maximum safety and the success of the event, the route is supported by a highly organized support network, nurses and logistics personnel operating on 4×4 vehicles and motorcycles.
The Technical Management
A central role is played by the Technical direction that:
- they coordinate all organizational activities, from setting up the Village to running the entire event;
- constantly monitor participants' Apps;
- they handle SOS calls and provide real-time assistance;
- they respond to doubts, requests and needs during the event;
- They coordinate rescue vehicles and logistical support, ensuring timely and well-organized interventions in the event of an emergency.

OVER2000RIDERS: SUSTAINABLE SPORTS EVENTS - ISO 20121
OVER2000RIDERS It is an amateur sports association that stands out for the organization of eco-sustainable events, where sustainability economic, environmental and social represents a founding value.
To consolidate this commitment, the association adopts a Sustainability Management System according to ISO 20121, based on the principles of inclusiveness, integrity, responsible management and transparency.
This system allows to OVER2000RIDERS of:
- respect i Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) promoted by the UN,
- reduce the environmental impact of their initiatives,
- Raise awareness among participants, partners, and collaborators about responsible and respectful behavior toward the environment.
THE MAIN ACTIONS ADOPTED BY OVER2000RIDERS
To minimize the environmental and social impact of events, the association introduces a series of concrete actions:
- Purchase of CO2 compensation quotas to mitigate emissions generated by events.
- Execution of phonometric tests to monitor and limit the acoustic impact.
- Rigorous waste management through structured and regulatory-compliant processes.
- Provision of immediate interventions in case of oil or liquid leaks during events.
- Constant analysis of consumption and adoption of low environmental impact technologies and procedures.
- Promoting awareness among participants, so that everyone contributes to achieving sustainability goals.
- Involvement of the local administrations to introduce participants to the natural, landscape, cultural, and food and wine aspects of the areas they travel through.
- Support for the needs and emergencies of the territory through donations and solidarity initiatives.
OVER2000RIDERS invites all participants to:
• respect the rules,
• adopt responsible behavior,
• contribute personally to the protection of the territories crossed.
Furthermore, attention is drawn to the importance of a correct and responsible use of GPS tracks provided during events.
Some itineraries are authorized exclusively during events and should not be used in any other circumstances.
Unauthorized use of these tracks may result in fines, environmental damage e critical issues in relations with local communities, making the future organization of Adven events more complextouring.
Compliance with these guidelines is essential to preserve the areas crossed and ensure the continuity of the events.
QUOTES AND CONDITIONS
The event will take place under the auspices of the IMF, pIt is not necessary to be a member to participate.
Participants who already have an FMI 2026 membership card, for insurance reasons, will have to register directly on the FMI website via the dedicated link. by clicking on the "REGISTRATION - FMI Members" button
The receipt issued for registration to the event is VAT exempt, as required by current legislation, as this is an institutional activity carried out by the Association. If an invoice is requested, VAT at 22% will be applied to the total amount.

REGISTRATION
Each pilot must register online and make the payment in individual form.
STARTING ORDER:
- With single participation, the starting order will be established based on the date of payment of the registration fee for each individual participant.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS – ALLOWED MOTORCYCLES:

In the opinion of the Organization, in the event of changes related to new legislative provisions regulating access and transit on the possible routes, the event may undergo changes to the program both before the start of the same and during its progress.
Such changes will not be grounds for members to request any type of compensation for the participation fee or part of it.
The event is considered to have begun once the first participant departs. Therefore, any changes to the program or subsequent cancellations will not constitute grounds for requesting a refund of the participation fee.

Upon registration for the event, each participant, after having delivered all the required documents, will receive a package containing gadgets and refreshment tickets.
At the designated refreshment points, each participant must present their ticket to receive a drink. Registered participants will receive the final, detailed program via email before the event, including addresses, times, and everything required for participation. The program will also include a GPS track (in .GPX format) containing the route, any deviations, and refreshment points.
BEHAVIOUR OF PARTICIPANTS
Participants are required to behave in a proper and respectful manner throughout the entire course, in particular:
- Proceed at reduced speed in towns, hamlets and near refreshment points.
- Avoid disturbing noises, turning off the engine during stops and limiting any behavior that could cause disturbance.
- Maintain a responsible and respectful attitude, using common sense in every situation, with full respect for the environment, local communities and other participants.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A certificate of participation will be given to all participants upon their return to Bobbio.
GPS TRACKS
Participants formally undertake not to disclose to third parties the GPS tracks of the route or of the one taken, in order to avoid that these itineraries are travelled with behaviours and attitudes not in line with those of the Association.
IMAGE PROCESSING AUTHORIZATION
Each participant acknowledges that their participation in the event authorizes the Organization and its assignees or other qualified parties to capture and store, on any medium and by any means, and to subsequently reproduce and represent, without compensation, their name and surname, voice, image, biography and more generally, their performances at the event, as well as the trademarks of equipment manufacturers and sponsors in any form on any existing or future media, in any format, for any communication to the public worldwide, for any use including advertising and/or commercial purposes and without any limitations other than those indicated below.
