La Marathon Voghera – Sanremo (formerly Pavia – Sanremo), reaches its eighth edition confirming itself as one of the events of adventtourhing most appreciated in Italy.
An event that brings together motorcyclists of all nationalities and experience levels, united by the desire to experience an authentic adventure on two wheels.
A one-of-a-kind atmosphere
La HAT it's not just a GPX route: it's an experience made of adventure, friendship, discoveries, personal challenges and sharing.
During the weekend, participants experience the authentic adven spirittouring, enriched by special meetings with rally, enduro and Dakar champions, who bring to the stage stories, advice and the adrenaline of the great international raids.
Voghera becomes the official starting point: After the success of 2025, Voghera enters permanently into the heart of the event and gives its name to the manifestation.
La Piazza del Duomo becomes the new Podium HAT, a historical and evocative setting from which the great adventure begins.
New Saturday arrival in the historic center of Ceva: The Saturday stage arrives in the renovated historic square of Ceva, transformed for the occasion into an exceptional stage:

THE PODIUM HAT IN THE HEART OF VOGHERA: A LEGENDARY DEPARTURE
La HAT Voghera–Sanremo 2026 will start from the splendid Cathedral Square of Voghera, transformed for the occasion into the Podium HAT, a place where history, passion and adrenaline come together to start an extraordinary adventure with two days of pure adventure.
It won't be a simple departure: Dakar riders, official teams of the main motorcycle manufacturers and leading figures in national and international motorcycling will support the participants, creating a unique atmosphere, worthy of major international events.
The evening will open with an exclusive aperitif in the square, accompanied by music and entertainment. On the stage set up on our Iveco truck, a historic support vehicle for the Dakar, there will be alternating performances international pilots, Dakarians and leading figures of the Adventourhing, who will share interviews, stories and anecdotes of their adventures, celebrating the essence of Adventouring and the spirit of the great rallies.
A RENOVATED ROUTE: HILLS, LANGHE AND THE LIGURIAN APENNINES
After the starting ceremony, the route will wind through the rolling hills of Oltrepò Pavese, where the landscapes are tinged with the colors of the season and offer a unique natural setting.
Dirt roads, mixed terrain, and sweeping views will accompany riders toward the Alta Langa, one of the most fascinating and technical areas of the entire route.
Here the slopes become more challenging and the winding dirt roads pass through vineyards, woods, and stone villages, creating a thrilling challenge immersed in unspoiled nature.
The first day will end with the arrival at Ceva, a town rich in history, traditions, and evocative views: a perfect place to recharge your batteries and share the day's emotions.
THE SECOND STAGE: FROM THE MOUNTAINS TO THE SEA
On Sunday morning, the route will head towards the Ligurian Apennines, with rocky stretches, forest paths, and views that open onto pristine valleys.
If the mountain roads are already open, the route will also include these spectacular passages, making the stage even more exciting and panoramic.
The passage towards Colle di Nava, immersed in greenery, precedes the evocative descent towards the sea, one of the most anticipated moments of the entire event.
The adventure will culminate with the arrival in Sanremo, where the blue of the Mediterranean will welcome the participants in the unmistakable setting of the Riviera dei Fiori.
The finish line will be set up on the suggestive seafront above the port of Sanremo, an area opened exceptionally for the event and transformed for the occasion into a real final stage., where the atmosphere and panorama will make your arrival even more memorable.

WHIP LIVE – The 2026 innovation that increases individual safety
Alongside the tracker, a new app will be introduced in 2026. WHIP LIVE, a modern digital system designed to further increase safety, especially in groups that have only one shared tracker.
Each participant will receive their own WHIP LIVE App, which offers:
- Enhanced individual safety, with personal location even in groups using a single tracker.
- GPX track navigation directly on your device.
- Receiving safety messages and urgent communications, both individual and collective.
- Integration with the logistics system, to support the organization and improve emergency management.

OUR STAFF: THE FORCE BEHIND VOGHERA–SANREMO
To ensure maximum safety and the success of the event, the route is supported by a highly organized health care network, made up of Green Cross teams, doctors, nurses and logistics personnel operating on 4×4 vehicles and motorcycles.
A system that allows for rapid and coordinated interventions along the entire route.
Behind the success of the Voghera–Sanremo there is a team of 25 people, who works tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the event – from security to logistics – runs smoothly.
The Technical Management
A central role is played by the Technical direction, composed of six dedicated professionals who:
- they coordinate all organizational activities, from setting up the Village to running the entire event;
- they constantly monitor the participants' trackers and App;
- they handle SOS calls and provide real-time assistance;
- they respond to doubts, requests and needs during the event;
- They coordinate rescue vehicles and logistical support, ensuring timely and well-organized interventions in the event of an emergency.
Thanks to the collaborative efforts of all staff members, the Voghera–Sanremo represents a model of organizational excellence and safety, offering each participant an adventurous yet supervised experience.

An essential document that indicates travel times, recommended times, key points of the route e optimal driving paces.

MASTER CHALLENGE - Renewed formula
After collecting the impressions and suggestions of many participants, the Master Challenge 2026 presents itself with a renewed formula: more challenger, More technique, More engaging. This challenge is dedicated to the most expert and passionate motorcyclists, ready to experience two days of pure adventure that will test driving skills, endurance and strategy.
The path maintains a similar length to previous years, but they are expected more selective and browsing moments:
- Gate to Gate Tests (GPX or Roaddigital book)
- Find Track Sectors
- Time limit to reach the end-of-day waypoint
- Speed-controlled zones (new for 2026)
To support the pilots, a more detailed roadmap.
A renewed formula, designed for enhance the challenge, the navigation and the satisfaction to complete the Master Challenge.
Gate to Gate time trials take center stage, and this year you can tackle them however you like: with the GPX track or with il road digital book, to experience navigation in the way that feels most yours.
REGULATION MASTER CHALLENGE
This regulation applies to the category MASTER CHALLENGE and must be respected by all participants.
FIND TRACK
In the sectors Find Track, the route is not visible on the main GPS track.
Participants must reach the WAYPOINT FIND TRACK (WPFT) in progressive numerical order, using the provided GPX file and your GPS device.
- Waypoint Validation: each waypoint reached and validated assigns 1 tokens.
- Waypoint recovery prohibited: Going back to recover a missed WPFT after reaching the next one is strictly prohibited, for safety reasons.
GATE TO GATE (TIME REGULARITY SECTORS)
Gates are selective sectors where the participant's time is precisely measured.
- Stretch to be covered: Each Gate is defined by a start and end point, indicated in the table provided upon registration.
- Establish time: each section has a minimum and maximum time to respect.
- Tolerance: a tolerance of is expected ±5 minutes; in case of adverse weather conditions an extension of up to +10 minutes.
- Tokens awarded: Each Gate completed within the expected time assigns 5 tokens.
SPEED LIMIT ZONES (NEW FOR 2026)
In some sections of the route there are speed-controlled zones, monitored via the tracking system.
- Respecting the limit: Within these zones it is mandatory to maintain the speed indicated by the organization.
- Validation: Exceeding the speed limit will result in the sector not being validated and will result in a penalty of 3 tokens.
- Objective of the section: ensure safety, regularity and precision of driving.
- Monitoring: Speed is automatically recorded via tracker.
These areas represent a test of discipline and regularity, essential to correctly complete the Master Challenge.
SECRET CHECKPOINTS
Along the main track are positioned Secret Check Points to monitor the transit of participants.
- Validation: each validated checkpoint assigns 1 tokens.
- Validation area: radius of 100 meters; you must pass through the area for validation.
TRACKING SYSTEM (TRACKER)
The tracking system is essential for sector validation.
- Full speed: To validate Waypoints and Gates, the limit must not be exceeded 20 km/h during the passage.
- Automatic registration: time in selective sectors is recorded via flying pass; there is no need to stop.
- Security: The tracker allows you to monitor speed, position and compliance with controlled areas.
CERTIFICATE OF MASTER OF ADVENTOURING
The certificate will be awarded to participants who have:
- fully complied with the regulation,
- accumulated the minimum number of Tokens required.
An exclusive recognition that testifies to skill, resistance and precision in the discipline of adventouring.
YOUNG INITIATIVE RIDERS and LADY RIDERS
€100 discount for all motorcyclists up to 25 years old and for women of all ages.

OVER2000RIDERS: SUSTAINABLE SPORTS EVENTS - ISO 20121
OVER2000RIDERS It is an amateur sports association that stands out for the organization of eco-sustainable events, where sustainability economic, environmental and social represents a founding value.
To consolidate this commitment, the association adopts a Sustainability Management System according to ISO 20121, based on the principles of inclusiveness, integrity, responsible management and transparency.
This system allows to OVER2000RIDERS of:
- respect i Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) promoted by the UN,
- reduce the environmental impact of their initiatives,
- Raise awareness among participants, partners, and collaborators about responsible and respectful behavior toward the environment.
THE MAIN ACTIONS ADOPTED BY OVER2000RIDERS
To minimize the environmental and social impact of events, the association introduces a series of concrete actions:
- Purchase of CO2 compensation quotas to mitigate emissions generated by events.
- Execution of phonometric tests to monitor and limit the acoustic impact.
- Rigorous waste management through structured and regulatory-compliant processes.
- Provision of immediate interventions in case of oil or liquid leaks during events.
- Constant analysis of consumption and adoption of low environmental impact technologies and procedures.
- Promoting awareness among participants, so that everyone contributes to achieving sustainability goals.
- Involvement of the local administrations to introduce participants to the natural, landscape, cultural, and food and wine aspects of the areas they travel through.
- Support for the needs and emergencies of the territory through donations and solidarity initiatives.
OVER2000RIDERS invites all participants to:
• respect the rules,
• adopt responsible behavior,
• contribute personally to the protection of the territories crossed.
Furthermore, attention is drawn to the importance of a correct and responsible use of GPS tracks provided during events.
Some itineraries are authorized exclusively during events and should not be used in any other circumstances.
Unauthorized use of these tracks may result in fines, environmental damage e critical issues in relations with local communities, making the future organization of Adven events more complextouring.
Compliance with these guidelines is essential to preserve the areas crossed and ensure the continuity of the events.

QUOTES AND CONDITIONS
To register for HAT Voghera–Sanremo is mandatory AICS Membership - Over2000riders or already have the AICS Motociclismo Base 2026 card + Motoallena/Promo fuoristrada supplement from another motorcycle club.

The annual fee for the Ordinary Membership Card is € 60,00 and includes the AICS membership card 2026, with insurance coverage.
The receipt issued for registration to the event is VAT exempt, as required by current legislation, as this is an institutional activity carried out by the Association. If an invoice is requested, VAT at 22% will be applied to the total amount.
For the category CLASSIC it is possible to participate both INDIVIDUALLY that in Team.
For participants who register after 05/15/26 For organizational reasons, the size indicated during registration for the official event T-shirt will not be guaranteed.

Service costs:
- € 20,00 first bag.
- € 15,00 for each extra bag.
Maximum dimensions allowed: 40x40x70 cm for each bag.
Luggage transport organization:
- Saturday morning: Bag collection at the departures area Voghera.
- Saturday afternoon: Delivery of bags to Ceva at the stage area.
- Sunday morning: Bag collection at Ceva for the transfer to Sanremo.
- Attention:
The bags will have to be collected by all participants no later than 5pm on Sunday in Sanremo.
REGISTRATION
Each pilot must register online on the official website and make the payment in individual form.
PARTICIPATION:
- DISCOVERY: Participation is permitted both individually that in team of 2-5 participants
- CLASSIC: Participation is permitted both individually that in team of 2-5 participants
- CHALLENGE: The start is individual, but those who wish can share the experience by traveling in a group with a friend. However, please note that the start is individual; scores and certificates are awarded individually; teams are not permitted.
STARTING ORDER:
- For categories DISCOVERY e CLASSIC For group participation, the starting order is established exclusively based on the group's registration date, according to the "first come, first served" principle.
- To get a more favorable starting position, it is It is essential to complete the registration and payment of all members of the group as soon as possible.
- For categories DISCOVERY e CLASSIC with single participation, and for the category CHALLENGE, the starting order will be established based on the date of payment of the registration fee for each individual participant.
- Participants who do not show up at their starting time they will be placed at the end of the last available group.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS – ALLOWED MOTORCYCLES:
- Type: Multi-cylinder on- and off-road motorcycles and non-specialist single-cylinder motorcycles.
- Weight: Higher than 150 kg. (see exceptions below)
- Lighting system: In perfect working order.
- Compliance: Motorcycles must comply with the regulations of the Highway Code.
- The organization reserves the right to exclude, for safety reasons, motorcycles that do not comply with the requirements suitable for the Adven tourism disciplinetouring and use on natural roads, including the fitting of tyres not suitable for off-roading.roadParticipants are advised to check that their vehicle complies with the characteristics required to safely tackle the route.
- Each participant must equip himself with the necessary equipment to replace inner tubes and to repair tubeless tires on his vehicle.
- It's required suitable clothing for off-roading, including boots, protection and clothing suitable for dealing with possible weather changes.
- For security reasons the presence of the passenger is not permitted.
Exceptions to the weight limit (150 kg):
- Mixed groups: Only one motorcycle weighing less than 150 kg is permitted per group.
• Motorcycles under 150 kg: only non-specialist motorcycles belonging to the Adven category are permitted.touring / on-off-road, subject to authorization from the Technical Management.
• The Technical Management may grant specific exemptions for non-specialist motorcycles weighing less than 150 kg.
• Female riders can participate with motorcycles weighing less than 150 kg.
• Minors can participate with motorcycles under 150 kg only if accompanied by a parent in the same group.
• Scooters: there is no weight limit; they must be adequately prepared for off-roadingroad and have an engine capacity greater than 125 cc.
REGISTRATIONS Voghera (PV):
- Registrations will take place exclusively on Fridays in Voghera, from 11: 00 to 18: 00.
• Punctuality: Maximum punctuality is required.
• Units: all members of the group must show up togetherIt is allowed, but not recommended, the presence of a single member, who will be responsible for delivering and collecting documentation for the entire group.
Welcome Shopper
Upon registration, after submitting all the required documents, each participant will receive a Welcome Shopper containing:
• Official event T-shirt
• Tickets for refreshment points
• Promotional gadgets
Documents to be submitted at registration:
- Copy of the payment transfer
• Membership card OVER2000RIDERS - AICS (To be collected together with the event documentation for those who have already requested it but have not yet received it)
• Liability Release, completed and signed (sent with the pre-event documentation)
GPS Location Tracking System (Tracker):
- Delivery: The tracker will be delivered upon registration.
• Deposit: a security deposit of is required € 100,00, to be paid cash.
• Deposit refund: the deposit will be returned to Sanremo, upon return of the device.
In case of non-return:
- The tracker must be sent to the organization, with expenses to be borne by the participant.
• In case of loss, damage or failure to return, the deposit will be retained as compensation.

- The AICS card will be issued starting from the tenth day after the date of payment of the registration fee and will be usable from that date.
- By clicking on the REGISTER button on the website you can register for the event including the AICS membership - OVER2000RIDERS, with a single order and payment.
- Online registration for the event is a simple reservation valid for two weeks. After two weeks, if payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
- Participation is confirmed only when the bank transfer is credited to the account Over2000riders and you will have received the confirmation email, complete with payment receipt.
- If you are already an AICS member, through another association, the participant must send an email with a scan of the card.
- The registration fee includes only logistical support through, refreshment points and medical assistance.
- No mechanical assistance, vehicle recovery or other is provided.
- Participants will have to sign a liability waiver document, a document necessary to protect the civil liability of the Organization, which will provide only logistical support through refreshment points and health care.

- Each participant must provide the necessary equipment to replace the inner tubes and, if necessary, repair the tubeless tires of their vehicle.
- Appropriate clothing for off-road driving (boots, protection, etc.) and for possible climatic changes is essential.
- For safety reasons, the presence of the passenger is not possible.
The registration fee is intended solely to reimburse event organization expenses, such as: membership fees, provision of refreshment points, healthcare, doctors and the Croce Verde (Green Cross), rental of participant tracking equipment, setting up of start and finish points, and event promotional materials (t-shirts, gadgets, etc.).
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the Organization may decide to change the program of the event both before the start and during its execution.
In the opinion of the Organization, in the event of changes related to new legislative provisions regulating access and transit on the possible routes, the event may undergo changes to the program both before the start of the same and during its progress.
Such changes will not be grounds for members to request any type of compensation for the participation fee or part of it.
With the start of the departure of the first group of participants, the event is considered to have started (for all categories), therefore, possible changes to the program and any subsequent suspensions will not constitute a reason for requesting a refund of the participation fee.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS
- The event takes place under the aegis of AICS – Italian Association of Sport Culture, with the patronage of the Regions Lombardia, Piedmont e Liguria.
- The departure will take place from the city of Voghera (PV), with intermediate stage in Ceva (CN) and I arrive at Sanremo (IM) for all categories.
- Saturday Overnight: Overnight stays are the responsibility of the participants. It is recommended to book accommodations in the area in advance. Ceva.
- Return logistics: Participants using vans or trailers must organize their own return. The distance between Voghera and Sanremo is approximately 250 km away on asphalt road.
- Refreshment points: To enjoy refreshments, participants must hand over the ticket provided at registration.

PROGRAM AND GPS TRACKS:
- By 06/07/2026: sending by email of the Detailed plan, including addresses, opening hours and operational information.
- By 06/10/2026: Participants will receive via email the official GPX track, including route, variants, refreshment points and all useful information for navigation, along with the roadmap valid for the category to which it belongs.
- The following chart of march summarizes distances, approximate times, refreshment points and key route references and is designed to help participants to correctly manage times, stops and driving pace, also indicating the maximum time to reach the end-of-day waypoint, so as to face the event in a conscious, safe and stress-free way until the final arrival at Sanremo.
- Master Challenge – Dedicated GPX track
The specific GPX track of the Master Challenge will be sent by email to the recordings and will include:
- Time control point waypoints (Gate)
- Sectors with broken track (Find Track)
- Speed-controlled zones, monitored via trackers

Participants will have the support of instructors HAT Academy for uploading tracks to GPS devices and for assistance in case of any problems.
BEHAVIOUR OF PARTICIPANTS
Participants are required to behave in a proper and respectful manner throughout the entire course, in particular:
- Proceed at reduced speed in towns, hamlets and near refreshment points.
- Avoid disturbing noises, turning off the engine during stops and limiting any behavior that could cause disturbance.
- Maintain a responsible and respectful attitude, using common sense in every situation, with full respect for the environment, local communities and other participants.
CERTIFICATES AND STAMP:
Certificate of attendance
It is given to all participants who reach the finish line in Sanremo.
100% MARATHON PRIZE
Following verification by the technical staff of the tracks recorded via tracker, the stamp will be assigned 100% MARATHON PRIZE to the participants of the categories Discovery e Classic who will have completed the entire route while respecting the secret checkpoints.
MASTER OF ADVENTOURING
The participants of the Master Challenge who will respect all the time and secret checkpoints and will reach the score foreseen by the regulation will receive the official certificate of MASTER OF ADVENTOURING.
DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES AND STAMPS
Certificates and stamps 100% MARATHON PRIZE they are delivered at the end of the event, directly in the arrivals area of Sanremo.
However, the organization reserves the right to make the delivery in digital format at a later time, if further technical checks are necessary
SAFETY
During the event there will be an active GSM tracker location tracking system, with SOS button with automatic sending of coordinates in case of emergency.
- The system is provided by a external specialized company and is managed by the Technical Service HAT, operating without interruption for the entire duration of the event.
- In addition, Each participant will have access to the Whip Live app, which further increases the individual safety thanks to personal tracking, the possibility of receiving real-time communications from the organization and the track navigation directly on your device.
The Whip Live app is particularly useful in groups using only one tracker, since it still allows the visibility and monitoring of each individual pilot, increasing the overall level of safety.
Category Tracker:
- Discovery e Classic – single participation: individual tracker.
- Discovery e Classic – group participation: one tracker for each team (2–5 participants).
- Master Challenge: individual tracker.
- Deposit: a security deposit of is required € 100,00, to be paid cash.
IN CASE OF FAILURE TO RETURN OR DAMAGE:
- The tracker must be sent to the organization, at the participant's expense.
- In case of loss, damage or failure to return, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
GPS TRACKS
The tracks in GPX format are the property of OVER2000RIDERS and their disclosure to third parties or publication on the internet is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in the permanent exclusion of those responsible from future events organized HAT o OVER2000 RIDERS.
- Some itineraries are authorized exclusively for the event and their use outside this context could result in sanctions.
- This measure is taken to ensure compliance with local regulations and preserve the values of the association.
AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF IMAGES
Each participant acknowledges that his/her participation in the event authorizes the Organization and its assignees or other qualified parties to capture and store, on any medium and by any means, to reproduce and subsequently represent, without compensation, his/her name and surname, voice, image, biography and more generally, his/her performances in the event, as well as the trademarks of the equipment manufacturers and sponsors in any form on any existing or future means of communication, in any format, for any communication to the public throughout the world, for any use including advertising and/or commercial use and without any other limitations than those indicated below.
The Organization or other qualified subjects may exploit the still or audiovisual images of the event for any use other than advertising and/or commercial purposes and the promotion of the Event is not considered as a commercial exploitation for the period of protection currently granted to these types of use.
The Organization will not use or authorize the use of an individual participant's image in the context of the marketing of derivative products, known as merchandising, without the express authorization of the participant himself.
