EVENT REGISTRATION – TOUR - TRAVEL – COURSES

Before signing up for an activity, please read the detailed programs and conditions of participation carefully.

To participate, you must register through the website by clicking on "My Account." An email will be sent to the address you provide, containing a link to authenticate you. Clicking this link will confirm your registration. Without registration, you will not be able to book or make payments.

After registering, you can choose the activity you wish to book/register for. Follow the instructions in that section.

Confirmation of registration will occur when payment is made.It may take up to 15 days between your bank transfer payment and the website's confirmation of your registration, so please wait at least that long before requesting confirmation or clarification.

If you encounter any technical problems with your registration, please report it by sending an email to secretary@over2000riders.com  who will sort your reports.

In the event of non-payment or late payment, registration will be considered pending and participation cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, your participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

OVER2000RIDERS It is not a travel agency or a tour operator but rather aAmateur association Sports (ASD) which offers events in the field of off-road tourism with motorcycles.

The technical and logistical organization of the proposed initiatives is carried out by a Tour Operator that changes based on the choice of destinations.

During the activities, some participants, with more specific experience, lend their help with the aim of making the process easier, as group guides, mechanics, and other group assistance.

Each participant remains solely responsible for their actions, both when driving off-road and in any other circumstances. No liability can be attributed to others, whether participating in the event or not.

To participate in the activities organized by OVER2000RIDERS it is necessary to register according to the established procedures.
